What You'll Do:
- Assist plumbers in the installation and maintenance of underground residential plumbing systems, including water supply lines, sewer lines, and storm drains
- Dig trenches, pits, and holes to expose and install pipes using hand tools or small excavation equipment
- Measure and cut pipes, fittings, and other plumbing components to the required lengths, ensuring precise dimensions
- Backfill trenches after installations
- Assist in testing plumbing systems for leaks and functionality
- Ensure compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act
- Track repairs and work completed in trade software, Service Titan
What You'll Bring:
- Plumbing Trainee License
- Basic knowledge of plumbing tools and materials, such as PVC pipes, copper pipes, fittings, and adhesives
- Detail-oriented and skilled at multitasking
- An outstanding work ethic with excellent customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record
- Ability to handle heavy equipment and work outdoors
- Willing to submit to and pass pre-employment background check and drug test (MJ OK)
